There has to come a time when enough is enough and you need to stop making excuses.
Welcome back to my blog and if you are new here I am so happy to have you.
Today I am talking about getting back on track with my weight loss. I started weight watchers back on March 27, 2021 and lost an estimated 25 pounds. Since I stopped going to meetings it has been a cycle of being on and off and gaining and losing weight. I am not happy about it and I am at the point where I am ready to make a serious change.
I felt serious about it a few weeks ago but I was leaving for vacation and knew I would never stay on track while on vacation. Now I am back and back into my normal routine and ready to kick some butt. So here we go. Previously, when I was on WW I made weekly post updates. I am not joining WW again because it is expensive and the studio I went to is no longer there. So I am back to using the Healthi (itrackbites) app on my phone. I will be posting weekly updates go keep myself motivated and accountable.

The above photos maybe a little confusing. My starting weight with WW was 175.8 lbs. When I stopped WW in August 2021 my weight was 149.4 pounds. I am currently sitting at around 153 pounds. So it really is not to bad but I would like to get into the low 140’s.
So if your struggling to get started or back on track this is for you! Because right now is the perfect time to get back on track and recommit to yourself. It does not matter what you did or did not eat over the past few days, weeks or months. What matters now is what you eat today and how how you treat your body moving forward.
